    I just wanted to return to the comment you made about having to train more journalists. You used this as an example. The bid document talked throughout about being inclusive and I was wondering, are you going to have specific targets to include people with disabilities in the training, rather than just able-bodied people, and if you do have targets, are you going to be able to put in a process to monitor those targets to make sure they are being met?

    But if you found a major problem and there was £10 billion somewhere wrong, or whatever, it will not be kept as a great big secret? We will be told about it?

    Just to say Paul, thank you very much for the clear explanation about the £1.5 billion versus £2 billion. I think this is the first time we have ever got a clear answer to any financial question about the Olympics. It is a great shame that the Sports Minister did not seem to even know that or he was not properly briefed when he answered the same question in Parliament and did not do it properly. What I would like to know though, you say the overlay budget is going to be recast and I understand all the reasons why...

    The bid document for the Games states: 'The presence of the Paralympic Games in the UK will motivate greater numbers of young people - and in particular those with disabilities - to become involved with sport, and to aspire to elite performance.' What steps are you taking to ensure that the government is directing increased funding towards community sports facilities to make sure that this legacy does in fact become a reality?
