You have recently released a report that calls on London to develop a central infrastructure development and delivery centre of expertise. What role would the GLA play in that? What is your thinking?

High speed internet access is critical for London’s businesses and residents. However, it has been reported that some parts of London have some of the worse full fibre coverage in the country.
