    Thank you. Could I deal perhaps with just two of the issues? First, I would like to talk about access via front counters. I think you rather glossed over this and, although you said they were not fit for purpose your suggestion, your suggestion was that the reason they were not fit for purpose was because they did not have enough people if you like serving behind the counters.     Everybody agrees that it is desirable to have uniform presence of whatever form but, of course, the Mayor told us that the decision to go for 375 PCSOs as opposed to a different configuration, for example warranted officers, came on advice from yourself as Commissioner.     There are pressures which you face immediately financially with a poorer and poorer settlement, and indeed the issues which are over the horizon - clearly the Olympic Games will be a major issue for the Metropolitan Police Service itself - current pressure on terrorism, and indeed the growing focus on clear up rates - how many crimes are resolved and result in a punishment - that continues to grind.
