Keith Prince AM: A couple of things to start with, Lord Hendy. It is good to see you again. You were saying that you were astonished earlier. Do you honestly believe that such prime real estate where the [Olympic] Games were held would remain fallow even now? If we look around where we are here, if we look at Docklands, Canary Wharf, none of those had the Olympic Games, from memory, but they have all been very successfully developed out.

The Mayor has made no secret of his desire for another Olympic Games and he used the phrasing, it will be “the greenest Games ever” because we already have the kit. Do we already have the kit though? You can probably perhaps remind me of the date to make sure I get the right date. What is the issue in terms of a risk register for the governance for that? Are you specifically concerned at all about the competence of any of the boroughs to take over those powers, particularly one borough with the initials T-H?
