Jenette Arnold OBE (Deputy Chair): I have a couple of questions, one for Sir Eddie, and one for Victoria Hills. Thank you for that answer. I have a couple of points related to my question. Firstly, I am glad you recognise this is an issue that is not going to go away and that it absolutely should be high on the agenda now, primarily because 17% of the working age population in London " your customers " have registered themselves as long?term disabled.
