    Thank you. Could I deal perhaps with just two of the issues? First, I would like to talk about access via front counters. I think you rather glossed over this and, although you said they were not fit for purpose your suggestion, your suggestion was that the reason they were not fit for purpose was because they did not have enough people if you like serving behind the counters.     In view of the correspondence with the Chief Executive of Barnet Council , the motion passed by Barnet Council in June and Mr Herbert's behaviour at the recent meeting of the Barnet Police Consultative Committee (witnessed by Mr Riddle) , will the Chair of the MPA now accede to the request of Councillors of all Parties in Barnet as well as members of the PCCG and replace Mr Herbert as the Barnet link member?
