Neil Garratt AM: I have a question for the Mayor about the outer London boundary charge, which has come up as part of TfL’s financing question. You will be aware that the Secretary of State [for Transport] has said that he opposes it and would try to block it. You are probably also aware that it is not very popular with residents across London. I have spoken to residents outside London who, not surprisingly, are also very against it. Are you still committed to pursuing that as an option for TfL’s financing?
