Len Duvall AM: I have question to the Mayor about TfL vulnerabilities in the funding agreements. Is this the same Secretary of State [for Transport] who supports Land Transport Authorities (LTAs), Safe Spaces and cycling lanes, who tells you that they want you to continue doing that? Is this the same Secretary of State who is a bit confused because he is unclear about congestion charging and whether he supports a ULEZ on clean air, despite saying he supports clean air and he wants to do that? Is that the same Secretary of State that Assembly Member was referring to...

Len Duvall AM: In 2017, homicides concerning domestic abuse were at eight. It may be nine. This year to date, there have been around 19. I have not included any murders that occurred at the weekend. Can you just update us about what the MPS is doing to target the most dangerous perpetrators? This is to the Commissioner rather than to the Mayor, this question.

Len Duvall AM: I have a question to the Commissioner first around Operation Dauntless. One aspect of it is a stream where you are tracking 500 repeat offenders across the MPS. Are you in a position to evaluate its success at the moment or do you have any views on how it is proceeding?

Len Duvall AM: I have two very quick questions, Chair. One is just to seek clarity on something you said earlier on about the special grant payments. I realise there are negotiations with the Home Office but for some of our colleagues it may have a bearing on a motion we may put later. What would be the range of money that you would be seeking from the Government to have a discussion on?

Len Duvall AM: Is part of that more sustainable funding around the MoU with the DfT? When are we going to resolve the land issues there with the DfT and also plug the gap in the infrastructure funding? Is that not key? What is the timescale? Who is leading the negotiations? I need very quick and concise answers on those.
