    Will the Mayor agree that intelligence is essential to every strategy and we don't yet have it? State of the art Geographical Information Systems don't just provide maps. The key word is information. Any database that has a locational facet, e.g. an address, postcode or an enumeration district, can be linked to a detailed and up to date mapping system. All the Census data to be collected next year: unemployment data, housing and industry information could all be integrated in to one system and accessed by the whole GLA family for policy and implementation work.     Has the Mayor reviewed his position with regard to the statues of General Sir Charles Napier and Major General Sir Henry Havelock in Trafalgar Square? Does he agree that placing a plaque beside the statues, explaining the achievements of these two Generals to 21st century citizens, would be a more appropriate course of action rather than pulling them down, especially as one of these statues was mainly funded by subscriptions from soldiers?
