    The shortened `household" version of the Mayor"s Annual Report 2001, which will be mailed to every single household in London at a very considerable cost to the GLA includes, over its 32 pages, five pictures of police officers, eight pictures of firefighters, two pictures of Bob Kiley, and 23 pictures of Ken Livingstone.
