    It as yet unclear how we will measure whether or not the congestion charge is a success or a failure. One important issue, which must be analysed is whether more or fewer people die or are seriously injured on our roads after the introduction of the congestion charge. Can you assure us that you will measure and publish comparisons of road traffic accidents before and after the introduction of the congestion charge? .

    Will the Mayor join with me in condemning the recent outrageous statements by Westminster Council, proposing that homeless are charged for sleeping rough on Westminster's streets? What will the Mayor do to make sure that not only are the Tories unable to enact such a scandalous policy, but that they work harder to address the problems of homelessness in London, rather than cynically attempting to demonise those most affected by it? .
