While I very much welcome the meeting that was held yesterday, I am somewhat perturbed to recall that Graham Tope asked you what was happening about this project back in November, and the first time we had reports of a meeting was yesterday.     I am interested that you should mention the draft transport strategy, Ken. Would you agree that the air quality strategy is inconsistent with the draft transport strategy? In the latter, you are content to allow the status quo of cars remaining the dominant form of transport in outer London; but the whole focus of the air quality strategy to reduce pollution in London is based on the need to reduce traffic levels.
