    Eric Ollerenshaw (AM): It is a pity I cannot ask you to comment on Nicky Gavron's or Simon Hughes' proposals for youth, because obviously we do not know them and they do not exist yet. But at least we might be prepared to admit that Steve Norris, the Conservative candidate who now seems to be fascinating the Labour benches, has some positive proposals in terms of a key issue, which you have acknowledged and indeed Sir John has acknowledged.     That is a very positive comment, but you will be concerned to learn that people are complaining that a year after it was announced, that particular helpline is not yet up and running. Chair, can I enlist the help of the MPA to push for this Government promise to be honoured? Because if the Government cannot keep its promise to the most vulnerable people in society then the rest of us have something to worry about.
