    I appreciate one size does not fit all and I totally agree with that. Would it be fair to say that the way to go forward would be where there is an excellent product, that you would like to use best practice principles in order to extend those practices across the capital?

    I think it is a bit rich coming from my colleague, Mr Hulme Cross, given that he actually voted for the closure of the fire station on LFEPA so there are a bit of crocodile tears going on there I suspect, whereas I, as the local Assembly Member for the constituency, have at all time reflected my concerns about this closure. I recognise what you are saying, that things are not as bad perhaps as they had been predicted, and indeed remain well within your target areas.     Well I am disappointed then. My concern is that there are as large number of flats, new places being opened in the area; Abbey National, Marks & Spencer and all the rest of them are turning into flats.
