There have been media reports of cars being inaccurately charged for entering the Low Emission Zone, such as the report from the Guardian published on the 31 August 2019: https://www.theguardian.com/money/2019/aug/31/i-was-charged-20000-for-d… Please state how many occasions appeals against the Low Emission Zone by car drivers have been successful during 2019. The Centre for London, in their recent report on Building for a New Urban Mobility claim that: "Sadiq Khan set an objective to increase the share of public transport, walking & cycling from 65% today to 80% in 2041. Based on the rate of progress in the last 5 years, our forecast indicates that London will only reach the 80 per cent target in 2070." Do you agree with this prediction?

The proposed Silvertown Road Tunnel has much of the financial case based on the benefits of congestion reduction from tolling. Why are you not implementing a toll on Blackwall Tunnel now to start relieving congestion and providing investment in alternatives to road transport?
