The Pentecostal City Mission Church, which was located at 2 Scrubs Lane, has been evicted despite the developer having an agreed obligation as part of a Section 106 (S106) agreement to relocate it. The church is now operating the foodbank Mission Food Aid Partnership for hundreds of local residents from an outdoor courtyard requiring a monthly licence. Could you explain what methodology the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) used to decide these categories and levels of charge?
