In your letter to Borough Leaders announcing the establishment of the Night Time Economy Champions Network, you list the areas of expertise you would like to hear from - including planning, regeneration, licensing and culture. Given the link between alcohol/drugs and violent crime, should not one of the criteria of expertise have been community safety?
