    Colin Matthews, the outgoing Chief Executive of BAA, has admitted that the M4 would need to be diesel-free if a 3rd runway was ever to be built at the airport. Given this, is there any point in the Davies Commission continuing to consider Heathrow as the answer to London's aviation needs?
