Mr Dickie, with London boroughs focused on helping localised shopping areas, what is the future for our local high streets? How can they be put at the heart of our recovery plans?

In June 2017 the policy was updated. One of the objectives was "Embedding fair employment practices - ensuring low skilled roles receive a fair wage and encouraging safe and healthy work places". Can you explain why zero-hours contracts are not mentioned in the GLA Group Responsible Procurement Policy?
