Given that the West London Free School is now seeking to recruit its third Headteacher in three years, what guidance is the Mayor offering through his New Schools for London to new Free Schools, in order to avoid high turnover of senior leadership positions in Free Schools, given the importance of maintaining stable leadership teams?
