Given that a great deal of funding currently comes from foreign students what assessment have you made of what 'Brexit' could mean for the financial stability of the city's universities?

    On average, 6 in 10 apprenticeships started in London are at the lowest Intermediate level, equivalent to five A*-C GCSEs. London requires a higher skill set that the apprenticeships in London are currently providing. What action are you taking to ensure London's young people are being trained to the high level that London needs? Can you tell me how many apprentices progress from lower level apprenticeships to higher levels in London?
