    A previous Apprenticeship Grant for Employer Schemes led to a 21 per cent surge in apprenticeship starts during the Covid-19 crisis. With a correlation between a drop in apprenticeship starts in London and the reduction in financial incentives - and given the core Adult Education Budget is £346.3 million for 2024/25 - will you reintroduce the £3,000 apprenticeship incentive in London for under 25s?

    Given your stated commitment to early years and work on Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), why do you think the number of children in care going on to be adopted is the fewest since the year 2000, and will you ask your Public Health Team to work with London Boroughs to improve matters? Please provide the latest figures from 2016 to date if you hold them.
