On average, 6 in 10 apprenticeships started in London are at the lowest Intermediate level, equivalent to five A*-C GCSEs. London requires a higher skill set that the apprenticeships in London are currently providing. What action are you taking to ensure London's young people are being trained to the high level that London needs?
