A previous Apprenticeship Grant for Employer Schemes led to a 21 per cent surge in apprenticeship starts during the Covid-19 crisis. Given your stated commitment to early years and work on Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), why do you think the number of children in care going on to be adopted is the fewest since the year 2000, and will you ask your Public Health Team to work with London Boroughs to improve matters? Nurseries are reporting that it is proving difficult to install school streets around their buildings.
