    As the Mayor will know, by 2016 - as a result of reductions in central funding - The Royal Parks may be required to generate 75% of its own income. Would the Mayor agree with me that a London-wide public debate in 2015 might help The Royal Parks to meet the challenge of finding ways of generating about £20 million or more a year so that, with robust and resilient income streams, we can continue to conserve and enhance the natural and built environment, and to respect and enrich the historic landscape and biodiversity of our world-renowned Royal Parks, for...
