    The London Assembly Environment Committee 2019 report, Keeping out the chill: fixing London’s cold, damp and mouldy homes, recommended that your Warmer Homes programme evaluation include an assessment of how many children, older or disabled people were reached through the programme. Expanding upon your answer to my question 2019/20728, could you share in the second and third rounds how many children, older or disabled people were helped through the Warmer Homes programme?

    A constituent has contacted me about the Transport for London (TfL) requirement that all taxis must have a tighter turning circle than standard cars, and has asked if you could produce evidence-based analysis of the tyre pollution created by taxis completing tight U-turns in comparison to standard cars performing U-turns?

Were these reserve cash balances and working capital available in 2020, 2021 and 2022, and would such internal borrowing have been permitted in those years?

    The 30 June 2023 report, Greater London Authority air quality exposure and inequalities study, from Aether, highlights that the most deprived communities and that Black, Mixed Multiple and Other populations are more likely to live in the most polluted areas, yet: “Despite progress towards meeting the WHO targets, the disparity in exposure by ethnicity is not expected to change over time without further significant action.” Could you tell me what action over air pollution you are taking to reduce these disparities with regard to income and ethnicity, and what targets, if any, you are working towards?
