    Léonie Cooper AM: Thank you very much, Chair. Thank you, Mr Mayor. I just wanted to focus on this issue about fairness. I wondered if you thought that encouraging employers to pay the London Living Wage, would you say that is fair to try to increase the National Minimum Wage to the London Living Wage, and yet there is someone present in this room who said, “This would be the most damaging to the lowest skilled and lowest paid whose skills and value to the employers do not meet the London Living Wage”?

    Thank you for your answer to my question 2021/3532 about the Defence and Security Equipment International (DSEI) arms fair, in which you said: “Given the significant opposition that exists and the local disruption this event causes I have written to both ExCel and the event organiser strongly urging them not to hold this event at ExCel in the future.” Could you tell me what response you received from both ExCel and the event organiser, and what further representations have you made to both ExCel and the organiser about not holding this event in London?

Have Transport for London (TfL), London Fire Brigade (LFB) and the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) all assessed their estate to ensure that the buildings they own do not contain any RAAC and, if they have found any related risks, what are they and what actions are being taken?
