The Annual Survey for Hours and Earnings (ASHE) revealed a widening wide gender gap in London with average male pay standing at £50,592, down 0.1 per cent, with women on £33,413, down 2.9 per cent. For full-time workers men averaged £56,811 and women £42,081. What action are you taking to tackle the widening gender pay gap in London and what do you consider are the reasons for this increase?
