    I understand there have been issues with the traffic flow following the completion of cycleway 4's Lower Road section. I also understand Southwark officers are looking at a number of options. One of them would be to change the phasing of traffic light signals at the Plough Way junction. Is that something TfL would consider?

    I understand that the escalators at the Cutty Sark DLR Station are often broken and that the station was in a bad state when it was returned to TfL by the company that built it. What is being doing to remediate the state of this DLR station?

    I understand that the toilets at Vauxhall Station are normally staffed and open in the daytime (8am-8pm) Monday to Sunday. Would you consider opening the toilets overnight (e.g. 24hr opening) if security were in place overnight and funded, for instance, by Vauxhall One as the local Business Investment District?
