    Residents living around the OPDC area have raised concerns that community infrastructure is not being provided or safeguarded. The Pentecostal City Mission Church, which was located at 2 Scrubs Lane, has been evicted despite the developer having an agreed obligation as part of a Section 106 (S106) agreement to relocate it. The church is now operating the foodbank Mission Food Aid Partnership for hundreds of local residents from an outdoor courtyard requiring a monthly licence.
