    In response to MQT 2023/4335, it was confirmed, ‘The GLA, in collaboration with London Councils, has established a climate budget ‘community of practice’ with 13 boroughs and 2 waste authorities, who are all actively exploring the possibility of piloting a climate budget.’ Can the Mayor list the 13 boroughs and 2 waste authorities referred to?
