    In response to 2022/5378, you stated that you provided a comment to the newspaper on the employment tribunal ruling at Arriva Rail London. This statement was not provided to the journalist prior to 17 November. My question asked who approved the decision to initially inform the journalist that you were declining to comment, out of your senior staff. For example, your deputy mayors, your mayoral directors, your chief of staff or your deputy chief of staff. Your response does not answer this question. Please could you specify which of your senior staff approved the decision to not comment?
