Maternity rights is becoming an increasing issue and in a report earlier this year, the Equality and Human Rights Commission found that over three-quarters of pregnant women and new mothers - the equivalent of 390,000 women - experience negative and potentially discriminatory treatment at work each year, an increase since 2005. How will you, in your role as Mayor of London, help to tackle this important issue?
