    I have been told of the experience of a health project which tackles Hepatitis C at a London hospital. They planned to expand their service, but due to the short term contract they have been awarded say their longer term plans have been met with scepticism by the NHS premises department. In the face of this increased uncertainty are you concerned that the changes to the NHS following the Health and Social Bill will lead to a short term approach to tackling health inequalities in London?
