    Following new research from the University of Southampton - which found that working or travelling on an underground railway for a sustained period of time could have serious health implications due to the high level of airborne metals inhaled - will you now adopt the precautionary principles put forward by the Institute of Occupational Medicine and others who suggest that employers should aim to keep exposure to 'respirable' and 'inhalable' dust below 1 mg/m3 and 5 mg/m3 respectively?

    Do you agree with care services minister Norman Lamb MP who has stated that the fact many home care workers now take home less than the national minimum wage because they are not paid for travel time between visits is 'a criminal offence and not acceptable'?
