    The Grenfell Fire Phase 1 Report describes the difficulty many had in ascertaining the whereabouts of relatives, friends and loved ones who had been taken to hospital on the night of the Grenfell tragedy. How will you be supporting the Met and the other emergency services in co-operating on this important issue to ensure those with loved ones in hospital are able to be told of their whereabouts quickly and accurately, to avoid additional distress in such an event?
