    At Mayor's Question Time on the 25th May 2016 you stated that of the £60 million public funding that has been committed to the Garden Bridge £37.7 million has already been spent by the Garden Bridge Trust, of which £24.25 coming from TfL and £13.45 million from central Government. Further to this statement can an explanation be given as to why TfL were permitted to allow its resources to be spent in such a rapid manner and with claims on its resources taking place at a much more rapid pace than funding from Government.

    A recent Assistant Director Decision (ADD2006) authorised Team London to use the supplier Bread4Businesses to provide prepaid credit cards to volunteers. While the use of prepaid credit cards might provide administrative convenience to the Greater London Authority in paying expenses to volunteers what steps are taken to ensure that volunteers face minimal transaction charges when using their cards? Will you also ensure that the Greater London Authority set clear standards as to the use of prepaid credit cards for employees and volunteers, as an example to employers and organisations throughout London? .
