When are works expected to start of Phase 1 of the Silvertown Partnership scheme, the redevelopment of Millennium Mills? In March 2020, the developers posted on their website that they were preparing plans to commence construction work, and were confident of maintaining a "business as usual approach" in the light of covid-19, but have any expected delays been communicated to the GLA, with whom the Silvertown Partnership has signed a development agreement?

Will the Mayor agree with me that – since the Secretary of State Robert Jenrick MP has admitted that his decision in January to allow the Westferry Printworks development to proceed “could give rise to the appearance of bias” – it is inappropriate for another Government minister to now determine the case and that it should instead be determined by an outside agency?

Following the Competition and Markets Authority’s report into the miss-selling of leasehold properties, which finds that there is no legal or commercial justification for ground rents, will you commit to ensuring that no new leasehold properties – be they shared ownership or private sale – that receive grant or loan funding from the GLA, or are part of projects that do, have ground rents above £0?
