In your response to motion 7 passed at the London Assembly Plenary meeting on 16th March 2023 (Mould and Damp), you claim that your actions in restricting some landlord access to grants has “encouraged social landlords to focus on the condition of their homes”. What evidence do you have of this?
Will you pro-actively reach out to tenants to make them aware of what they should reasonably expect of their landlord under rules set out by the Regulator of Social Housing?

In your recent press release on affordable homebuilding in the capital, you claimed to have surpassed the target of starting 116,000 genuinely affordable homes for Londoners between 2015/16 and 2022/3. Why did you include the financial year of 2015/2016 in this calculation when you were only elected as Mayor of London in May 2016?
Of the 116,000 affordable homes being delivered, please provide a breakdown of their size by bedrooms, i.e. the number of studios, one bedroom flats, 2 bedroom flats, etc.

Please advise what steps are being taken in the next 6 months to implement this charter and whether this might be a model for other areas of London.
What resources have you made available that are accessible to property guardians to educate them about their legal rights and protections from exploitation?
