    Would you look into implementing other force's methods to improve relations with disabled victims of crime? Examples include the Cumbria Constabulary's method of placing student officers with local disabled groups alongside a monitoring contact with specific community groups; or the West Midlands Police's use of a Disability Hate Crime Reference Group to promote the use of third party reporting.

    While I admire the ambitious targets in the Mayor's draft Police and Crime Plan, what can you learn from the recent case in Kent, where two detectives had to resign because one had met their monthly arrest target while the other had not - so they altered the data to give more to the officer who missed the target?
