Marina Ahmad AM: Mr Mayor, a question for you. London generates almost a quarter of the UK’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Inadequate government support would compromise the UK’s economic recovery from COVID-19 as under-investment would consign Londoners to a future of crumbling infrastructure, disrupted emergency services, and travelling around through outdated stations on old and unreliable trains prone to breaking down.
