And when a disabled person passes the knowledge, TfL has no provision, guidance or support to assist disabled taxi drivers with the high cost of the wheelchair accessible vehicle, whereby a disabled person with a physical disability could be excluded from picking up wheelchair users, and therefore would not use the wheelchair functionality.
