The Evening Standard - this was a Rachel Burford [Chief Political Correspondent] article - reported in May [2023] that the Leader of Harrow Council and Harrow councillors, and senior local Tory officials, were running a Facebook group that celebrated ULEZ camera vandalism. One post linking to a news story about the destruction was captioned, “Well done”. Posts and comments on the group also spouted Islamophobic tropes about you and had unacceptable posts referring to a child sex offender on their page.
