    A constituent has contacted me about the lack of allotments in London. They referred to the CPRE report from 2012 which states that "Section 55 of the London Government Act (1963) supersedes the Small Holdings and Allotments Act, stating that the provision of allotments by inner London boroughs is at the discretion of the local authority." However the waiting time for an allotment in many London Boroughs is several decades. Can the London Food Board identify any other further areas to increase provision of allotments?     I recently complained to TfL about a hand written sign at Balham underground station which advised passengers not to give 'money to the beggar who sits on the top step. He causes a dangerous obstruction when customers are exiting the station'. I had a response on the same day to say the sign had been removed, however I wanted to know what advice is given to TfL staff about assisting rough sleepers in and around TfL property.

    A constituent has asked me whether TfL would consider introducing a new card for people who have disabilities. I understand it is already used in Scotland and is called the 'Thistle Card', the card has stickers representing each type of disability, so they can show the card to the bus driver making them aware of the passenger's needs. Can TfL consider a similar scheme?
