In your Transport Strategy, you said you would transform the experience of walking and cycling in central London by reducing the dominance of vehicular traffic, including the transformation of Oxford Street. With plans for the pedestrianisation of Oxford Street rejected by Westminster Council, how do you propose to continue with your vision of healthy streets when this flagship scheme has been delayed?
