    Your proposal to remove alternatively fuelled vehicles from their current exemption from Congestion charging will mean that businesses that invested in these cars may not recoup the cost of their investment. There is surely little point in business responding to an incentive if it is to be threatened in this way? The Impact Assessment makes no attempt to quantify this loss to London businesses. The impact on manufacturers of alternative-fuelled cars, on LPG converters and on the 26 LPG access points in Greater London is acknowledged but conveniently left unquantified.
