    Your answer to my question 2469/2011 would suggest that Business Link have moved away from the use of 'Intensive Assists', or face to face contact (a drop from 5,280 last year to 192 in the first five months of this year). Is this a conscious decision, and do you believe that reducing face-to-face business advice is a good thing?

    The Inclusive London website, to which people are directed from Visit London's 2012 accommodation page, provides a list of accessible hotels in London, with details about their accessibility levels. However, it does not allow you to search accessible hotels by price, which is a key factor for most people. Since the Inclusive London website is run by the GLA, will you address this failing immediately, since many people with disabilities are finding it hard to find affordable accessible accommodation during the 2012 Games?
