    Throughout the Final Mayoral Transport Strategy there is slippage in the time projections for delivering change that were laid out in the Draft or the projections have simply been removed. Do you agree that by falling behind on schedule like this even before you have officially started the schedule - this shows Londoners that having Ken Livingstone as Chairman of Transport for London and Mayor is very unlikely to lead to promises being delivered on time? .
