In MQT the Mayor indicated that the GLA would wish to be helpful to Lambeth in the event that the Streatham Hub project was not achievable, due to a lack of cash input from Tesco. What assistance can the LDA offer to ensure that the key aspects of this regeneration project especially its transport improvement and sports facilities (ice rink and swimming pool) are improved and protected? .

The community served by Loughborough Junction station is keen to persuade the SRA and TfL to create a platform and access to the East London Line train service at this station. I believe that there is a regeneration, social and economic case for creating this new interchange. Will the LDA consider funding a regeneration impact study to examine the case for extra facilities for this much-neglected area? .
