    In September, the Assembly Budget Committee's report, `Tube and bus fares`, recommended that the Mayor and TfL produce a full cost/benefit analysis of enabling transfer fares between buses, and between the tube and bus system. In November the Mayor responded to this recommendation under Section 60 of the GLA Act, stating that TfL is evaluating the likely costs and operational implications of such a scheme. and will provide the Assembly with the outcome of this when it is available.
